our contract is optional BUT not required AND SHOULD BE DISCUSSED BEFORE DEPOSIT. we do require pup to be registered with our von Bennett family name & with the American kennel club to insure the preservation of the pups/dogs background & a better outcome for the pup/dog upon an unexpected transfer of ownership that may occur beyond your control.
